These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Hollywoodbets International UK Limited ("Operator") in relation to your use of the Hollywood Bets online betting and gaming services provided via https://hollywuod.com (the "Website") to players located in Great Britain. These Terms are effective from 1 March 2026.
By opening an account, placing a bet, using any bonus or otherwise accessing the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling information and any specific rules or game instructions published on the Website. If you do not agree, you must not use the Hollywood Bets services on hollywuod.com.
The Operator is Hollywoodbets International UK Limited, licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 53028, with its head office at Unit 3, 3rd Floor, Bourne House, Queen Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1LA.
Definitions
- Operator means Hollywoodbets International UK Limited, which operates the Hollywood Bets online betting and gaming services on hollywuod.com and holds UK Gambling Commission licence number 53028.
- Hollywood Bets means the online sportsbook and casino product, including any mobile or tablet versions, operated by the Operator and made available to you via the Website at hollywuod.com for players in Great Britain.
- Website means the website located at https://hollywuod.com and any sub-pages, mobile sites and applications through which the Hollywood Bets services are offered to you.
- User, Player, you or your means any natural person who registers an account or otherwise uses the Hollywood Bets services on hollywuod.com.
- Account means the personal online betting and gaming account you open and maintain with the Operator for the purpose of accessing the Hollywood Bets services.
- Services means all remote betting and gaming services offered by the Operator via the Website, including sports betting, casino, slots (including "Spina Zonke" branded games), live casino and any related features such as live chat and promotional offers.
- Bet or Wager means any stake, bet, spin or similar gambling transaction placed by you via your Account on the Services.
- Stake means the amount of real money or, where permitted, bonus funds that you risk on a particular Bet.
- Bonus or Promotion means any bonus funds, free bets, free spins, deposit-match offers, cashback, prize draws or similar promotional value granted to you by the Operator and subject to specific conditions.
- Wagering Requirement means the total value of qualifying bets that must be placed before associated Bonus funds, free bets or winnings from such funds can be withdrawn.
- Real Money Funds means money that you have deposited into your Account or winnings derived from such deposits and which are not subject to any wagering requirements.
- Customer Funds means the aggregate value of all Real Money Funds held for Users, which are protected at a "medium" level as described by the UK Gambling Commission (segregated but not absolutely secure in insolvency).
- KYC (Know Your Customer) means the identity and verification checks that the Operator is legally required to perform, including age, identity, address, payment method and source of funds/wealth checks.
- Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England when banks in London are open for business.
Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Verification
- Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to open an Account or use the Hollywood Bets services on hollywuod.com. The Operator performs KYC and age verification checks using documentation and third-party databases. If you cannot satisfactorily prove that you are 18 or over, your Account will be suspended and any activity may be voided as required by law.
- Location and jurisdiction: The Services are intended only for persons who are physically located in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales). You must not access or use the Services from any territory where online gambling is illegal or where the Operator does not hold the necessary licence. The Operator may use geo-location and IP checks and may suspend or close Accounts that appear to be used from prohibited jurisdictions.
- One account per person: You may hold only one Account for Hollywood Bets on hollywuod.com. Multiple, duplicate or linked Accounts may be closed and associated balances or Bonuses cancelled where permitted by law and these Terms.
Registration Process and KYC
- Accurate information: When registering, you must provide true, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, address, email address and, where requested, mobile number and occupation. You confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- Verification documents: The Operator may request documents such as a passport or ID card, proof of address, proof of ownership of payment methods, and evidence of source of funds/wealth. Until verification is completed to the Operator's satisfaction, your Account may be limited, deposits and withdrawals may be restricted and your ability to place Bets may be suspended.
- Ongoing checks: The Operator may carry out additional checks at any time during the life of your Account to comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing and affordability assessments). Failure to supply requested information or documents may result in suspension or closure of your Account and reporting to relevant authorities where required.
Account Security and User Obligations
- Login credentials: You are responsible for keeping your username, password and any other security details confidential. You must not disclose them to any third party or allow anyone else to use your Account. Any Bet placed using your credentials will be treated as having been placed by you.
- Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your permission, you must immediately change your password and contact customer support at support@hollywuod.com. The Operator may temporarily suspend your Account while security checks are carried out.
- Account updates: You must keep your registration details accurate and up to date. Changes, including address and contact details, must be made via the Website or by contacting support. The Operator may rely on the latest details provided for notices and communications.
- Prohibited activity: You must not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering or collusion. You must not act as an agent or on behalf of another person. The Operator may suspend or close your Account, and withhold or void transactions, where it reasonably suspects prohibited activity, subject always to applicable law and regulatory requirements.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets and Acceptance
- Bet placement: A Bet is deemed placed once it has been accepted by the Operator's systems and appears in your betting history. You are responsible for reviewing your Bets for accuracy before confirming them. Minimum and maximum stakes and payouts apply and may vary by event, market or game; such limits are displayed on the Website or within the relevant game rules.
- Timing and cut-off: Bets must be placed before the official start time of the relevant event or game, unless the market is explicitly offered as "in-play" or "live". The Operator may refuse or void any Bet that is placed after the outcome is known, after an event has started where in-play betting is not available, or where a material technical or pricing error has occurred.
- Confirmation and records: Once a Bet is accepted, it cannot usually be cancelled or changed by you. The Operator's transaction logs and server records are the final authority in determining the time and content of all Bets and gaming activity.
Settlement, Errors and Disputes
- Results and settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body, event organiser or game provider. For casino and slots, the outcome is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or applicable game rules. In the event of a conflict between results displayed on your device and the Operator's backend systems, the latter shall prevail.
- Obvious errors: If a Bet is accepted at an incorrect price, line, handicap, total, market or due to any technical or human error that is clearly manifest and recognizable, the Operator may void the Bet or settle it at the correct terms that should reasonably have applied at the time of betting. Any funds incorrectly credited may be reversed or reclaimed, including by deducting from your Account balance.
- Game malfunctions: Malfunction of a game, RNG, software or hardware renders all affected Bets and payouts void. In such cases, the Bet will be refunded to your Account, subject to any corrective actions required by the game provider or regulator.
Conduct, Fair Use and Live Features
- Responsible conduct: You must at all times behave respectfully in any chat, forum or live casino environment. Insults, hate speech, harassment, threats, sexually explicit content and any discriminatory or abusive behaviour are strictly prohibited and may result in chat bans, suspension or closure of your Account.
- Fair play and integrity: You must not use bots, scripts, automated systems, software to gain an unfair advantage, or engage in match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage based on delayed feeds, chip dumping or any behaviour that undermines the integrity of betting or games. The Operator may use technical and analytical tools to detect such behaviour.
- Regulatory compliance: All betting and gaming on Hollywood Bets via hollywuod.com is conducted under the supervision of the UK Gambling Commission. The Operator may void Bets, suspend games, cancel promotions or take any other reasonable measures to comply with laws, regulatory directions or to maintain fair and transparent gambling.
Bonus Terms
Eligibility, Allocation and Activation
- Promotional offers: Bonuses and Promotions may be offered at the Operator's discretion and may be targeted to specific player segments. Eligibility criteria (such as minimum deposit, specific games, or residency in Great Britain) and key conditions are displayed in the relevant offer and associated promotional terms.
- Bonus credits: Bonuses (including free bets, free spins, deposit matches and cashback) are credited to your Account either automatically or following the fulfilment of qualifying criteria, such as entering a bonus code or opting in. Some offers may require explicit acceptance on the promotions page.
- Separate balances: Your Account may display separate Real Money and Bonus balances. Unless stated otherwise, Bets are first funded from Real Money Funds, followed by Bonus funds. Certain Promotions may require the use of Bonus funds only.
Wagering Requirements and Restrictions
- Turnover conditions: Many Bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements that must be met before Bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple (for example, 20x the Bonus amount) and the timeframe for completion (for example, within 30 days of crediting) will be clearly stated in the specific promotional terms.
- Game contribution: Different games may contribute differently towards Wagering Requirements. For example, most slots may contribute 100%, while table games, live casino or low-risk bets may contribute at a reduced percentage or not at all. The contribution table for each promotion will be set out in its specific terms.
- Maximum bet and limits: A maximum stake per spin or game round may apply while wagering a Bonus. Stakes above this limit may lead to winnings being capped or forfeited in respect of that Bonus, as detailed in the relevant promotional rules.
Prohibited Practices and Combining Promotions
- Bonus abuse: Practices such as creating multiple Accounts, colluding with other players, placing opposite bets, using low-risk betting patterns to unlock Bonuses, or exploiting obvious errors in odds or game rules, constitute Bonus abuse. The Operator may cancel Bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and close or suspend Accounts where Bonus abuse is reasonably suspected, subject to applicable law.
- Combining offers: Unless expressly allowed, Bonuses and Promotions cannot be combined for the same deposit, Bet or series of Bets. If you qualify for multiple offers, the Operator may credit them in a sequence, or limit you to one Promotion at a time. The order of application will be explained in the relevant promotional terms.
- Expiry and cancellation: Bonuses and associated free bets/free spins generally expire if the stated conditions are not met within the specified timeframe. Upon expiry, remaining Bonus funds and unattained winnings are forfeited. You may request cancellation of an active Bonus, but doing so will typically result in the loss of the Bonus and associated winnings not already converted to Real Money Funds.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods, Limits and Fees
- Accepted methods: Deposits may be made using approved payment methods displayed on the Website, which may include debit cards, bank transfers and selected e-wallets. Credit card gambling is prohibited for players in Great Britain. The Operator does not currently accept cryptocurrency or cash deposits for Hollywood Bets on hollywuod.com.
- Limits and currencies: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are shown in the cashier section. Deposits and Bets are generally denominated in GBP (£). Where currency conversion is required, it will be performed by your payment provider or by the Operator at the prevailing rate, and rounding may occur to the nearest penny.
- Fees and processing: The Operator aims not to charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may levy its own charges. Deposit processing times vary by method but are usually immediate once authorised. The Operator is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals, Verification and Fund Protection
- Withdrawal rules: Withdrawals are, where possible, processed back to the same payment method used to deposit, in line with anti-money laundering requirements. You may be required to withdraw to specific methods or provide additional verification before withdrawals are approved.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to review and process withdrawal requests promptly, typically within a few Business Days once all checks are complete. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider and may take additional time beyond the Operator's control.
- Fund protection: Customer Funds are held in a separate account from the Operator's business accounts and are afforded a "medium" level of protection as defined by the UK Gambling Commission. This means that, while funds are segregated, they may not be completely protected in the event of the Operator's insolvency. Refunds, Chargebacks and Bonus Funds
- Irreversibility of Bets: Once a Bet has been placed and accepted, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled or refunded by you. Refunds are only made in limited circumstances, such as game malfunction, void events or manifest errors, in accordance with these Terms and applicable game rules.
- Chargebacks: You must not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without a valid legal basis. The Operator may suspend or close Accounts, recover costs and report misuse to banks and regulators where chargebacks are initiated improperly.
- Bonus withdrawal: Bonus funds and winnings derived from them may only be withdrawn after all applicable Wagering Requirements and promotional conditions have been satisfied. If your Account is closed (other than for self-exclusion or legal obligation), unused Bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited as explained in the relevant promotional terms.
Limitation of Liability
Operator Responsibilities
- Regulated operation: The Operator provides the Hollywood Bets services on hollywuod.com under UK Gambling Commission licence number 53028 and uses reasonable skill and care to operate the Website, offer fair games and accurately record and settle Bets in accordance with these Terms and applicable rules.
- Game fairness: Casino and slot games use certified random number generators or other approved mechanisms. Sports Bets are settled by reference to official results and rules. Independent testing and regulatory oversight apply where required by law or licence conditions.
- Accuracy of information: While the Operator endeavours to ensure that information (including odds, event times, statistics and results) on the Website is accurate, occasional errors or omissions may occur. In such cases, the Operator may correct the error and apply the provisions on obvious errors and void Bets set out in these Terms.
Exclusions and Limits
- Technical failures: Access to the Website may be subject to interruptions, delays or faults due to network congestion, system failures, maintenance or other technical issues. The Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from such interruptions where they are caused by factors outside the Operator's reasonable control, provided that the Operator acts with reasonable skill and care to resolve them.
- Indirect losses: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, business, data or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if such losses were foreseeable or the Operator was advised of the possibility of them.
- Liability cap: Subject to non-excludable statutory rights, the Operator's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any single Bet or game is limited to the amount of the Stake placed on that Bet or game, and in any case not exceeding the amount actually in dispute. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership and Permitted Use
- Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website and Hollywood Bets services (including software, source code, databases, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio and video content, and the "Spina Zonke" branding) are owned by the Operator or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
- Limited licence: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Services solely for your own private, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other use is permitted without the prior written consent of the Operator or the relevant rights holder.
Restrictions
- Prohibited acts: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, transmit, publish, display, make available to the public, or create derivative works from any part of the Website or its content, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by mandatory law.
- Data mining: Automated access, scraping, data mining, framing or deep-linking to the Website or any part of the Hollywood Bets services on hollywuod.com for any purpose without the Operator's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
- Third-party marks: Third-party trademarks, logos and content appearing on the Website (including those of sports teams, leagues, sponsors such as Brentford FC, and game providers) are the property of their respective owners and may not be used without permission.

Changes to Terms
Amendments and Notification

Termination & Suspension
Operator's Rights to Suspend or Close
- Breach and risk: The Operator may suspend or close your Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, money laundering, collusion, Bonus abuse, misuse of payment methods, or any other prohibited activity, or where it is required to do so by law, regulation or a competent authority.
- Compliance and responsible gambling: The Operator may suspend or restrict your Account in order to perform KYC, affordability or source of funds checks, or to apply responsible gambling measures (including deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion). Where you self-exclude, your Account will be closed in accordance with the Responsible Gambling information at https://hollywuod.com/responsible-gambling.
- Inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive for a prolonged period may be treated as dormant in accordance with the Operator's dormant account policy, which may include reasonable attempts to contact you, application of administrative fees where permitted, and eventual closure in line with regulatory requirements.
User-Initiated Closure and Consequences
- Closing your Account: You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support at support@hollywuod.com or through any dedicated account closure tools on the Website. Closure requests will be actioned within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any outstanding investigations or legal obligations.
- Funds on closure: On closure (other than where prohibited by law or in cases of fraud or serious breach), any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to you, subject to standard withdrawal procedures and verification checks. Bonuses and any associated winnings that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirements will ordinarily be forfeited.
- Notice and communication: Where your Account is suspended or closed by the Operator, you will be notified, where legally permitted, of the main reasons for such action and the procedure (if any) for appealing or requesting further information, including any recourse to the internal complaints process.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law and Courts
